Shipping Policy – Guitares Perro
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If additional processing time is required (out of stock, special order, customization), a member of our team will contact you directly.
2. Shipping Methods
Guitares Perro ships products across Canada and, when possible, internationally.
Shipments are handled through reputable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, or GLS. The choice of carrier depends on the product type, destination, and the best available rate. A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Some bulky items (e.g., guitars, cases) may incur additional charges. Promotions or free‑shipping offers may be available at certain times.
Québec & Ontario:
- Standard: $11.90
- Express: $16.90
- Free shipping on orders of $80 or more
Rest of Canada:
- Standard: $17.90
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
Hard cases & instruments:
- Québec: $35.00
- Outside Québec: $45.00
United States & Europe:
- Standard shipping: $25.00
- Hard instrument cases are not shipped outside Canada at this time due to high export costs
4. Packaging and Safety
All instruments and equipment are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection. Guitars are shipped in their case or original box when available, with additional protective materials. If damage occurs during transport, please contact us immediately with supporting photos.
5. Local Delivery and In‑Store Pickup
A free in‑store pickup option may be available when applicable. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. A piece of identification may be required at pickup.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Québec & Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days
- International: varies by country and customs processing
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
7. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges required by their country. Some products may be subject to export restrictions.
8. Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Guitares Perro is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to address errors.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. For damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
