Refund policy

All purchases are final. For any issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide a photo showing the contents received along with an explanation of the problem. We will make sure to review the situation as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

You have 7 consecutive days from the date of receipt to request a return authorization number by email. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories. The refund will be issued within 5 business days according to the original payment method after inspection and approval. No cash refunds. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways). The refund amount will be calculated excluding these fees. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on special‑order items, products listed in the “used items” or “clearance” sections.
